Refund & Return Policy

Plastica Industries LLC

At Plastica Industries LLC, we specialize in the manufacturing and supply of plastic products, including customized and made-to-order items. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products and manufacturing process, all sales are considered final, except as outlined below.

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged items during delivery

  • Incorrect items supplied (not as per confirmed order)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products (size, color, design, branding, or specifications confirmed by the customer)

  • Bulk or wholesale orders

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

4. Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be shipped back within the timeframe communicated after approval

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout

  • Refunds are handled through our payment gateway (Stripe)

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Please note that transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production has started

  • Once manufacturing or customization begins, cancellations are not possible
