This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy outlines how orders, subscriptions (if any), and cancellations are handled at Plastica Industries LLC.

1. Purchase Options

We offer the following purchase types:

  • Standard products

  • Bulk or wholesale orders

  • Customized or made-to-order plastic products

  • Pre-orders or enquiry-based orders (subject to stock or production schedules)

All purchases are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment via our payment gateway (Stripe) or written confirmation for approved offline orders.

  • For customized or bulk orders, production begins only after final specification approval by the customer.

3. Cancellation Policy

a) Standard Products

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

b) Customized / Made-to-Order Products

  • Cancellations are allowed only before production begins

  • Once manufacturing, customization, or material allocation has started, cancellation is not permitted

  • Any costs incurred prior to cancellation approval may be deducted or charged

c) Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Bulk orders are treated as confirmed production orders

  • Cancellations are not permitted once production or procurement has started

d) Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled before stock allocation or production confirmation

  • Once allocated, standard cancellation rules apply

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with:

  • Reason for cancellation

Cancellation requests are subject to approval by Plastica Industries LLC.

5. Refunds After Cancellation

  • Approved cancellations (before production/dispatch) may be eligible for a refund

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout

  • Payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or card issuer

All refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Right to Refuse Cancellation

Plastica Industries LLC reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if:

  • Production has started

  • Materials have been procured

  • The order is customized or specially manufactured

  • The request does not comply with this policy

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
