  • Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled

Plastica Industries LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery

  • Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

All refunds, returns, and replacements are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Customized and manufactured items are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued only for approved cases such as defects or incorrect items

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method
