This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Plastica Industries LLC.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship:

  • Across the United Arab Emirates

  • International shipping may be available upon request

Shipping availability depends on product type, order size, and delivery location.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard products: 1–3 business days (subject to stock availability)

  • Customized or made-to-order products: Processing time depends on specifications and production schedules

  • Bulk orders: Lead times will be confirmed at the time of quotation or order confirmation

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation or written approval for account customers.


3. Shipping Methods

We use:

  • Our own delivery vehicles

  • Third-party courier and freight partners

  • Customer-arranged pickup (upon prior confirmation)

Shipping method is selected based on order size, weight, and destination.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated during quotation

  • Heavy, bulk, or oversized shipments may incur additional charges

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer


5. Delivery Timeframes

  • UAE deliveries: Typically 1–5 business days after dispatch

  • International deliveries: Timeframes vary based on destination and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistics, weather, or external factors beyond our control.


6. Delivery & Inspection

  • Customers must inspect the shipment upon delivery

  • Any visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted


7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal may incur re-delivery charges

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events


8. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery

  • Ownership of goods transfers after full payment is received


9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International orders may require additional documentation

  • Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control

  • We are not responsible for customs rejections or clearance delays
